UX and human factor challenge
A big challenge of the games design was the syncing between the UX of the game and the staging and movement of the participants. The flow of the games UX/UI followed the interactions between the participants and judges. The judges controlled the progression of the game and were responsible for executing the decision points in the interface of the game via a “remote” (mobile app). A collection of milestones in the game, i.e. each round, score submission, rotating of participants made the game a challenging UX problem.
Swimlanes were critical in the early stages of design even before wireflows were considered.

The next stage was to create a game flow wireframe series to nail down each stage of the game.
Prototype
I created prototypes in medium fidelity for the product team in order to get a realistic sense of the games execution.
